Multi-cell spinal cord assembloids are generated with multiple cell types that composes spinal cord and the cells that composes assembloid are generated via direct conversion technology. The multi-cell spinal cord assembloid can be used as disease models to screen toxicity of the newly developing drugs or to analyze the efficacy of the drugs.
